Regenex Corporation is proud to offer custom extrusion of recycled vinyl to our customers, in a wide variety of sizes and shapes. Regenex produces specialty extrusions for vinyl window manufacturers that are unique to that manufacturer's window system, or are enhancements to it. For non-window manufacturers, Regenex offers a range of extrusion capabilities.

Extrusions can be efficiently produced that range in size from less than one ounce per foot up to 5-6 pounds per foot. The extrusion can be up to 10 inches wide, and 6 inches thick. Our in-line cutting capabilities can yield lengths from one inch to 25 feet, with a high degree of precision.

In addition to straight extrusion of rigid vinyl, Regenex can offer co-extrusion of rigid and flexible vinyl, to incorporate a living hinge, or provide a seal, or a gripping surface. We also offer cap-stocking, which allows any or all surfaces of the extrusion to be capped with a different color. These capabilities can even be combined, to offer you a tri-extrusion.

In addition to the design flexibility that these extrusion capabilities offer, the use of recycled vinyl is the key benefit to you. Regenex can offer you extrusions produced from recycled vinyl at a significantly lower cost than any other supplier using virgin vinyl. Our technology allows us to produce extrusions that are indistinguishable from those made with virgin vinyl in terms of both appearance and physical properties.
